During the last few weeks, I have been very busy with a lot of things to do. We are moving, and I haven’t been able to post as often as I like to, but I haven’t stopped writing. So, very soon I will begin to publish new stories, poems, and articles that I know you will like.

Tratar de que mi voz no se quiebre cuando algo dentro de mí se muere, es como hacer estallar el sonido de una lagrima en el silencio que me envuelve…

At the age of 7 I liked to run in the backyard of my parents’ house, where there were many big trees. My father liked to plant fruit trees and harvest vegetables. I perfectly remember that at the end of the patio there was a jocotes tree, cashew tree, guava tree and there was also my favorite tree, the tallest and most imposing mango tree that my young eyes enjoyed observing; whose branches were fill with güisquil, loroco and pashte (luffa or scourer) vines.
A la edad de 7 años me gustaba correr en el patio trasero de la casa de mis padres, donde había muchos árboles de gran tamaño. A mi padre le gustaba sembrar árboles frutales y cosechar hortalizas. Recuerdo perfectamente que al final del patio había un árbol de jocotes, uno de marañón, uno de guayabas y allí también estaba mi árbol preferido, el más alto e imponente árbol de mangos que mis ojos de niño disfrutaban observar; cuyas ramas albergaban algunas enredaderas de güisquil, de loroco y de pashte (luffa o estropajo).

Pero en esta oportunidad quiero pedirles que se enfoquen al leer esta publicación en como alcanzar el éxito con nosotros mismos de forma espiritual, física, intelectual y anímicamente para sentirnos protegidos de la pandemia y conservar el buen ánimo para seguir viviendo en medio de restricciones, normas y leyes que protegen la salud, de la manera más normal posible.
